The effort you put into designing a website says a lot about how much you and your company love what you do

As a software developer with a strong focus on UI/UX and web development, I have a deep appreciation for those who put real effort into crafting a unique and visually appealing website. Design isn't just about aesthetics — it's the reflection of a company's philosophy and taste.

A great example of this is Anthropic, with its beautifully designed website created by the team at Geist. Their work perfectly demonstrates how thoughtful design can enhance both usability and brand identity, leaving a lasting impression on visitors.

I love how they lean into the very human-like hand-drawing style — it's definitely the warmest and most inviting of all the platforms.

A great website goes beyond the typical "Corporate Memphis" look we see everywhere these days. While flat illustrations and minimalism can work well, a truly standout design feels unique and personal. It's about capturing the essence of the brand and crafting an experience that resonates with the audience.

Its logo, colored in #D97757, is derived from the official brand color, Book Cloth (#CC785C) — a warm, muted terra-cotta shade. This careful selection of colors isn't just about aesthetics, it plays a crucial role in shaping the brand's identity and reinforcing a cohesive visual language across their platform. Strong branding elements like these help create a seamless user experience, making the interface feel both distinctive and familiar.
